Risk disclosure

The risks of trading, and the limits of what a course can teach you.

This document is a draft and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It may change before launch.

About this disclosure

This notice explains the risks of trading financial markets and the limits of what our courses and practice tools can do. It applies to every course, live session, tool and lesson published by Singhania Capital. Read it before you enrol, and before you place any trade of your own, on a demo account or otherwise.

Education, not personal financial advice

Our courses, lessons, live sessions and written content explain how markets and trading platforms work. None of it is personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific instrument.

Any example we use — a chart, a trade walkthrough, a case study — is illustrative only. It is chosen to demonstrate a concept, not to predict what a market will do next.

Trading carries a real risk of loss

Trading currencies, metals, indices, energies, shares and crypto assets carries a real risk of losing money, including money beyond what you intended to risk if you use leverage. Markets can move quickly and unpredictably, and past price movement is not a guide to what will happen next.

Only ever trade with money you can afford to lose, and only through a broker you have chosen and researched yourself. Singhania Capital is not a broker: we do not hold client funds, execute trades on your behalf or provide a live trading account.

No promised outcome

Completing a course, attending a live session or using a practice tool does not assure that you will become profitable. Trading skill develops with practice and discipline, and results vary widely between individuals and market conditions. Treat any student result you see as one outcome, not a typical one.

Practice platforms and simulated data

Where a lesson uses a demo or practice trading platform, that platform runs on simulated or delayed funds, not real money. Prices shown for illustration on this site are indicative and refresh periodically; they are not a live dealing quote and cannot be used to place a real trade from here.

Your responsibility

Before you trade with real money, make sure you understand the product, the market and the platform you intend to use, and that you are comfortable with the risk involved. If you are unsure, seek independent financial advice from a licensed professional before committing real funds.

Acknowledgement

By enrolling in a course or using our tools, you confirm that you understand this disclosure and that any trading decision you make afterwards, with any broker, is your own.
