By accessing this website or enrolling in a course with Singhania Capital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
What Singhania Capital is
Singhania Capital is a trading-education business. We sell access to courses, practice tools and, on some plans, live mentorship. We are not a broker: we do not hold client money, execute trades, manage investments or give personalised financial advice.
Eligibility
Our courses are intended for individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm you are eligible before enrolling.
Account registration
When you create a student account:
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must not share your course access with people who have not enrolled.
Course access and content
What is included in each plan is set out on our course-plans page. We may update or improve course content over time; we will not remove material you have already paid for without offering a reasonable alternative.
Course materials are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share course videos or written materials.
Not financial advice
Our courses teach trading concepts; they are not personalised financial advice and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. Please read our full Risk Disclosure.
Payment and refunds
Fees for each plan are shown at checkout before you pay. Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy.
Prohibited activities
You must not:
- Share your login or course access with people who have not paid for it.
- Copy, resell or publicly redistribute course content.
- Use the site for any fraudulent, abusive or illegal purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Singhania Capital is not liable for any trading loss you incur after completing a course, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our platforms.
Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
