Our commitment
Singhania Capital is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. We maintain an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) programme designed to detect and prevent suspicious activity.
Customer due diligence (KYC)
Before an account can be fully activated for withdrawals, clients are required to provide:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID or driver's licence).
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement).
- Additional documentation for larger deposits or where required by risk assessment.
Source of funds
We may request information about the source of funds used to fund an account, particularly for larger deposits, to ensure funds are derived from legitimate sources.
Ongoing monitoring
Client accounts and transactions are monitored on an ongoing basis for patterns that may indicate suspicious or unusual activity, including rapid movement of funds or transactions inconsistent with a client's profile.
Reporting obligations
Where suspicious activity is identified, Singhania Capital may be required to file reports with relevant financial intelligence units or regulatory bodies, in accordance with applicable law.
Third-party payments
Deposits and withdrawals must generally be made using accounts held in the client's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice.
Record keeping
We retain client identification documents and transaction records for the period required under applicable financial regulations.
Client cooperation
Clients are required to promptly provide any additional documentation requested for AML/KYC purposes. Failure to do so may result in restricted account access, including suspension of withdrawals.
